Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached; please note that personalized jerseys and hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging and include your completed returns form or a note with your order number and reason for return.
Ship to the Club
Send your package via a tracked postal service to the Wrexham AFC Club Shop at the Racecourse Ground, retaining your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
Processing and Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.
